More Meaningful Comfort for the Bereaved

A Contemporary Revelation… A More Positive View of Death

Brad’s Letter to a Young Girl Who Lost Her Mother…

My heart goes out to you. I’m very sorry about your mom’s loss to cancer, but it’s something we all have to suffer through in this life…a sad reality of this existence. However, the modern world is learning new positive things about death that weren’t known when the bible was published. I want you to consider that medical science is positively changing our perspective of death.

For millennia, the social view of death has been our dead-end on earth, with the soul facing the eternal consequences of Christ’s judgment…never to live again. That perspective has psychologically marred us with a dark, macabre sense of death, but that’s changing!

Since Dr. Raymond Moody discovered the “Near Death Experience,” in 1975, the world view has changed to belief that we all enter a serene and blissful light with departed friends and family!  Especially long lost mothers welcoming us, and helping us to the bright loving “Light.” Most say that realm is bliss beyond description! They also tell that the “other side” is timeless and all questions are answered… so, to those who have passed, it’s only a blink of an eye before we’re united again. It would help you to unlearn the church’s ominous judgment scenario.

Historically, it turns out, that the judgment dogma was just a Roman pagan transfer into Christianity 300 years after Christ died… Christians should understand…the scarry brimstone scenario was never the teaching of Christ! (Read second and third articles in the blog on fear of death.) Why do we believe this? Because now we have far more than a blind faith from a dark ages religion…Now there’s significant, emerging medical empirical evidence indicating life after death gleaned from defibrillation technology. Millions are now defibed…swept back from momentary death, witnessing that life does not end here…that death is just a door that opens to a new, wonderful life beyond. Google their NDE experiences!

Medicine is now respecting and documenting patients who’ve been miraculously resuscitated after being dead for up to 2 or 3 hours.  These clinically dead people drift to relatives’ homes and accurately tell what they are doing or having for dinner. It’s like Scrooge did in “The Christmas Carol.”  Doctors are corroborating testimonies of things happening that a dead person just couldn’t possibly know… jokes, conversations and procedures by the doctors and nurses while the patient had no heart or brain wave activity.

There’s a world of positive new information confirming these things. The other articles of this blog will tip you into this emerging perspective. Google related sites. Learning more about this can lift you from the depths of despair that you’re SOCIALLY CONDITIONED TO SUFFER… to truly understanding our souls survive and flourish in a timeless, bliss until we reunite on the other side! We all have to live here harnessed to clocks. When you see her again, she’ll only think she missed you for a few moments. She wouldn’t want you to languish in sorrow over her death. She’d want you to love, laugh and live life to the fullest.

Primitive religions, such as our Roman Christianity have insisted death is about judgment for 1700 years, but who’d have ever known we’d have a medical technology now that allows us to actually peep into the other side and find bliss and serenity? (Read the blog article on “Recent Medical Evidence of Life After Death.”)

We know so much more now, and this correlated medical data is above and beyond what ancient priests could have ever known.  Open your mind to this.  You’ll find people around you who already know this!  You’ll feel better about life and the world to come!

Very truly, Brad O’Donnell
